The 3D Labs series of 3D printers have heavy duty build plates, utilizing industrial grade stamping springs to hold the bed in place. While these beds tend to stay perfectly leveled for a very long time, approximately every 500 print hours, you should run the assisted platform leveling wizard to check the physical leveling of the bed.
Many times the bed will not need to be leveled, thanks to the construction of the build plate, however it's good to periodically check.
If the wizard detects the bed plane deviation is out of tolerance, you'll be provided with instructions to correct it.
Don't worry about setting the bed to a material specific temperature. Use 110C. Running the auto mesh bed leveling wizard at print temperature will complement the physical leveling we do here, and adjust for any temperature variances.
The bed is now leveled physically. You should now proceed to run the Auto Mesh Bed Leveling Wizard.
